The terms for using Rubbermach and purchasing eligible services.

The service and operator
Rubbermach is a Personal Machine Agency that helps people instruct AI to reason, coordinate and work across supported conversations, files, projects, workflows and machines.Operator details are pending confirmation before launch. Contact: Support contact availability.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Meet the minimum age and capacity to contract required in your jurisdiction. Tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Cloud, Local, and connected capabilities
Rubbermach Cloud processes authorized context using managed infrastructure and third-party providers. Local intelligence and machine actions require supported Desktop software and hardware. Connected Brains are separately authorized integrations. Browser access is limited to supported cloud workflows and browser-authorized files, not unrestricted machine control.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed annually, not monthly installments. Both renew automatically until canceled. Prices, included deliverables, applicable taxes, cadence, and the final total are disclosed before purchase. Short passes and Work Credits
Passes are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions, with the stated duration and allowance. Work Credits measure eligible managed work. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, withdrawable money, or stored financial value. Subscription allowances refresh monthly, including on annual plans. Different capabilities may consume different amounts. Current usage appears in Plan & Usage. Paid execution is paused or limited when allowances are exhausted, without surprise overage charges.
Business and community eligibility
Business is centrally billed, the owner counts as a paid seat, active members cannot exceed purchased quantity, and monthly Work Credits are pooled. Networks are Business-only at launch. Community eligibility is determined by Rubbermach, and the 30% recurring discount applies only to eligible Command, Prime, and Apex monthly or annual subscriptions.
Payments, taxes, and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes payments, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and eligible transaction refunds under its applicable buyer terms. Rubbermach provides product and technical support.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal using the subscription management link provided with your Paddle purchase or contact Support contact availability. Cancellation stops future renewals and is not itself a refund request. Access normally continues to the end of the paid term unless a refund or another lawful termination ends it. Our separate Refund Policy provides a 30-day window for eligible initial subscription purchases and explains passes. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, compromise accounts or systems, bypass permissions or usage limits, distribute malware, or expose other people’s private information without authority. Do not execute actions on machines, files, projects, or organizations you are not authorized to control.
Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant only the permissions needed to process, store, transmit, and display it to provide the service and your authorized workflows. You must have the rights to provide that content. Rubbermach and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, and documentation. Rubbermach does not claim ownership of underlying third-party AI models.
AI output and machine actions
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review and verify important results before relying on them. AI is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Review proposed code and actions, grant the minimum necessary permissions, and keep backups where appropriate. Human approval does not excuse Rubbermach from obligations imposed by applicable law.
Infrastructure and changes
Availability may depend on internet connectivity, authentication, hosting, model providers, and other third-party infrastructure. Features differ by platform. We may improve or change services and will give notice of material changes where required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Suspension and responsibility
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, non-payment, or serious violations, with notice and a way to contact us where practicable. Any limitations of liability or disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
