RUBBERMACH / DOCUMENTATION
Direct the work. Understand the boundaries.
A practical guide to the current Web and Desktop surfaces.
Getting started
Sign in with the same Rubbermach account used on Desktop. Open Chat to create account-backed work, upload only the files you authorize, and inspect Plan & Usage for billing state.
Rubbermach Cloud
Auto and Rubbermach Cloud route through an authenticated server and the managed gateway. A local or connected brain is not silently substituted. Text file context is supported in Cloud chat. Binary files can be stored, but content extraction requires a supported capability.
Automations
Build a manual trigger connected to an instruction node. Review the graph and run approved cloud instructions. Local apps, ACT, local terminal, and device schedules require Desktop. Cloud scheduling requires an external scheduler and is not presented as active.
Teams and Organizations
Create shared organizational context, manage authorized memberships and invitations, and keep personal work private. Business member quantity must be verified by billing before paid seats or Networks are enabled.
Skills and Live
Only published catalog records appear. Permission-scoped skill metadata is not permission to execute arbitrary browser code. Live displays remotely registered project state. Installation and local capability approval happen in the project terminal or Desktop.
Files and privacy
Uploads become account-backed cloud files. Remove files when no longer needed. Browser folder selection grants access only to the selected context. See Privacy.
Local Live setup
Open Rubbermach Desktop, choose your local project in Workspace, and open Rubbermach Live. Review the capabilities declared by that project before approving access. Use only the installation instructions supplied by your Desktop release or project. This Web page cannot install a local runtime, run a terminal, or silently pair your machine. Desktop download availability.
Developers
Rubbermach Live connects supported applications/projects through explicitly approved runtime capabilities. Machcode is Rubbermach’s coding agent. Full local setup requires Desktop. See Developers and Live.
