Refund Policy

Cancellation and refunds are different. We aim to handle requests fairly.

Pre-launch policy draft. Legal operator, effective date, and buyer support details must be confirmed before purchases open.

Initial subscription purchases

You may request a refund of an eligible initial subscription purchase within 30 days of purchase. Contact Support contact availability or Paddle buyer support with your order reference and account email. Describe what went wrong so we can help. Do not send payment-card details.

Usage and eligibility

Significant consumed managed usage may be considered when assessing a request where legally permitted. We do not apply this to override mandatory consumer rights. If a request requires review, we will explain the decision and any available remedy.

Renewals and cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a previous charge. If a renewal was unexpected or charged in error, contact billing support promptly for review. Mandatory refund and withdrawal rights remain available.

One-time passes

Short passes are one-time purchases with a limited duration and allowance. They do not renew. Contact billing support promptly if a pass was purchased in error, is unused, or did not provide the described service. Pass requests are assessed separately, considering delivery and consumed usage where legally allowed, without restricting mandatory rights.

Refund processing

Paddle processes applicable transaction refunds as Merchant of Record, normally to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider. A refunded service may have its associated access or remaining allowance removed. Work Credits have no cash value and cannot themselves be withdrawn.

Consumer protection

This policy is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or applicable cooling-off rights. Nothing here requires you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
